1. Append Phone Numbers and Email Contact Information
Conduct a search of your desired properties with TitleFlex, then export the records using any template or fields. When you create a export, this enhancement allows you to easily connect with an outside vendor to append contact information to your files. Gain access to mobile phone number(s), personal email addresses, work email addresses, job titles, and LinkedIn URLs when available. This information will cost $0.12 cents per record for any record with at least 1 data field appended, and can be paid via MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

This enhancement provides access to premium reports your customers may want to purchase using their own credit card.

TitleFlex has the most robust selection of detailed reports in the industry, this enhancement helps you maintain client relationships by making it easier to get the data you need.
Farm alerts allow you to look for recent events on properties quickly and easily. Saved searches can be set to send email alerts to you on a schedule you define, allowing you to receive notices without having to check manually.
Why This Is Important
Farm Alerts will help you make timely decisions on which prospects to call when new events might change their needs towards the listing or other opportunities.
This new filter will be added to the Advanced Search screen and will allow users to search for buildings of any kind that the USPS has flagged as "unoccupied" over 90 days (about 3 months) for managing mail delivery.
Why This Is Important
This enhancement is useful for finding abandoned or otherwise dormant structures that may be of interest to developers and investors. Status will be updated from USPS quarterly.
This filter will allow users to exclude any addresses in their search that are not able to receive mail - IE, no mailbox because they use a PO box. For all other searches and exports, there is now an option in Advanced Search to exclude as part of your search criteria.
Why This Is Important
To avoid a high number of returned mail pieces due to the absence of a mailbox or undeliverable conditions at the site, this filter will allow you to exclude those properties from your exports and avoid wasted mailing costs.
