1. Updated "Geographic Options" filter within Sales Comparables Report
Our Sales Comparables will now include two new geographic options. Same census tract and same housing tract has been added to the dropdown list. It is also updated to allow only one choice, to avoid too much filtering causing no results.
2. Additional Merge Tags for Custom Cover Pages
Users now have the ability to add additional data fields to a Package Cover Page or Farm Cover Page. This allows customizing cover pages to include data fields and create a “mini” property profile as part of the first pages in a report.

3. Advanced Search - "Unoccupied Structure"
To avoid confusion, “Unoccupied Property” has been renamed to “Unoccupied Structure.”
This data comes from the postal service where they keep track of buildings without inhabitants for 90 days or longer. The goal is to save time and costs delivering mail to empty buildings, which allows our users to avoid wasted records in a mailing list as well.
4. Advanced Search - Building Quality and Condition Filters
New filters added to advanced search to target specific conditions of a property. We have this assessor data populated in about 75% of our counties nationwide and is viewable only on the property detail and other reports. Please note some counties may only have one, so we added an “Unknown” filter status you can use to avoid missing properties with blank fields. Quality is more common than condition. Condition, when available, is updated when properties are inspected by the county assessor staff on typically a 4 year cycle.
5. External Users - Inherit Product Settings at a Group Level
To simplify eCommerce user setup, when an external user is created and added to group, it will inherit the product settings at the group level. This is handy when you want a specific list of reports available to customers for eCommerce purchase. You can set which reports you will provide on your account and let users purchase any others themselves.
