The TitleFlex October 2023 release delivers three highlighted enhancements for users to create and share their searches with other users or use pre-defined specialty searches, based on our industry expertise and data analytics, to quickly identify the best prospects.

1. Specialty Searches added to Advanced Search
Specialty Searches consist of pre-set filters to target a specific group. This allows the ability to obtain effective lists to help with prospecting.
To launch a Specialty Search, navigate to Advanced Search and click on Specialty Search Menu. This will launch a drop-down menu with pre-set search options that will cater to your needs. Simply pick the specialty search first, then add your geographic area filter and any other refinements as desired.
Why This Is Important
Providing pre-created specialty search parameters will allow you to get a head start in designing your prospecting list and add simplicity to custom searches.
Users can now share their searches with any other registered TitleFlex users by simply clicking on the new Share icon that is available through Saved Searches or View Results screen.
To share your query, navigate to your Saved Searches or View Results Page and click on Share icon as shown below. An email box will display and allow you send the search with a registered user.
Why This Is Important
The ability to share a query reduces time for users in re-creating a search and can simply deliver the search to other registered users.
Our new Get Map Shape feature enables users to quickly integrate a map shape while selecting the search filters.

Get Map Shape feature allows you to create a search with fewer steps and additional flexibility. You can apply a map shape through advanced search.
