Key Enhancements

This release delivers the following key enhancement and several other enhancements, which are listed below:

MarketView Automated Reports

MarketView Reports Delivered to Company Inboxes on Your Schedule

Users of MarketView have the ability to schedule reports to be delivered on a weekly or monthly basis as needed for timely business and market insights. Any or all of the MarketView reports can be scheduled to be sent to the inboxes of interested parties within the company. The reports are also made available for download from within the MarketView user interface, where they are retained for 90 days.

Key Enhancements

This release of TitleFlex^® delivers the below two key enhancements.

• On January 3, 2020 the TitleFlex application will be updated to comply with the latest TLS internet security protocol. TLS (transport layer security) allows computers to communicate over the internet securely without the transmissions being vulnerable to hackers. There are several known weaknesses in TLS 1.0, the current protocol, and as a result over the last year the computer services industry including most application providers have already moved or prepared for a 2020 move to the improved TLS version 1.2.

Reverse Mortgage Information
A new mortgage type has been added to identify reverse mortgages in property reports and exported lists. The type has also been added to the Mortgage Type filter in Advanced Search.

• Key Enhancements

This release of TitleFlex^® delivers the below four notable enhancements: 

• The Corporate Owned filter in Advanced Search has been updated to remove trust-owned properties from the corporate-owned status
• The parcel boundary map layer is lightened in Satellite view for better visibility.
• Export template name field has been expanded to accommodate longer template names.
• Improved the display of the prompt to order a manually prepared version of the Instant Recordable Legal.

TitleFlex has made several enhancements that improve its usability and data accessibility.

Notable Enhancements

• Added an Owner Occupancy field to the Property Detail Report
• Added the Foreclosure Detail Export Add-on package to Order Portal New Batch Order screen
• Added the ability to generate an export file of a single property from the Subject Property tab
• Moved the Logout option to the bottom of the user name drop-down menu for ease of use
• Abstractor Services order form labeling adjustments for better clarity
• Improved messaging while importing saved searches
• Auto-populating customer’s email address when emailing reports

• Enhanced the Edit Criteria filters in Sales Comparables
• Added property characteristics merge tags to the TitleFlex package cover page
• Added a link to the Subject Property page to the Property Characteristics and Property Detail Export packages
