One-time Note on Farm Cover Page

Farmers have asked for the ability to add a one-time note to the farm cover pages in TitleFlex. Now, they can.

After adding the new merge tag to farm pages from within the Company Admin area, notes added at the time of printing any multi-property reports are added to the cover page.

The True Legal & Vesting report helps you work faster and smarter than ever by providing you a recordable, typed legal description with necessary deeds to verify vesting of current owners. The report includes the full legal description from the last transfer document and uses county data to provide all deeds back to the current vested owner(s) showing 100% ownership. You receive the report and all source images as a single PDF package.
